Anything is better than using a keyboard, deffenitly get a 360 pad!

Yea if you can find it online for cheaper just go to asda, buy it try it out then return it and get one online

You need Analogue to control Steering and Accelerate/Braking otherwise your Full lock on Steering and Full Throttle or Full Braking.

I got my game today, I was not looking forward to it and was going to cancel my preorder as of issues with Logitech Controlers on Codemaster games.

I could not control the car in the DEMO, but I found out how to reset my Analogue sticks from Logitech Forums (they had became uncalibrated).

The full game unlike the Demo now lets me use Gradual Steering so I can actually corner now (easy to verify from Cockpit view).

I have set game to 1920x1440 and all settings High/Ultra ( basically as high as each can be set).

I dont really understand all the AA settings but set it to the last one before it loops to OFF so guess thats the Highest choice.

When I try play grid I notice my controller is no good as I have to use a button to break and its a nightmare on corners using buttons to break, I end up locking and going flying.

Unfortunately due to issues with the supplier we will be unable to despatch your item in time for the release date of 30th May
We expect to despatch your order for delivery next week.

not impressed, took the day off to play it. Seems there is no stock at the stores too. Pirates have a better time and they can play it on-line. It's an outrage.

Ahh, gotcha.

That sucks, it does seem like Codies underestimated demand, a fair few places I've seen around have sold out already too.

Were you not able to select 'custom' and define your own controller config, in the game options?

A lot of peeps are having issues getting to see options for their Controler.

Its a bad layout in the Game Menu IMO.

You need go to the driving Options/Controls Menu, it defaults to Default Profile (Keyboard), you have to move it to Custom Profile (I use the Arrow keys), then press the CONTROL Key to allow you to Config this Custom Screen by highlighting the Control you want to edit and pressing ENTER or RETURN Keys and Pressing whatever Button on your Game Pad/Controler you want to assign to it.
