Hey all,
I've started exercising quite freqently now and go for jogs around the lake outside my house. There are 2 lakes, and I normally jog around the bottom one, due to a lot of "racists/chavs" hanging around the top one.
I thought I'd go today as when I went the last time, I got abused hurled at me by some "white-english chavs". Saying they'd chuck curries at my mother, and take me to the banana boat back home. And one of the idiots chucked a stone and it toally missed. However, I ignored and carried on.
Well today, similiar happend but there was a punch thrown into it. I do 4laps around the small lake, which I'd say takes about 5minutes at a steady jogging pace. It was quite busy, with usual dog walkers, and teenagers out in the hot weather. As I went into the lake, I noticed that there was quite a young white lad, with his missus and some teenagers in the water.
I did a lap, and come back to the same place, where I rested for a minute or so. This lad walked upto his missus, and was giving me some stares. Like he'd come up and hit me. I ignored, looked away, and did another lap.
Come back to the same point, this time he decided to hurl abuse and call me a "brown poo", there was an asian couple (Pakistani) who were walking around. Which I'd seen earlier.
Now this lad, apparntley had been there since 10 in the morning, and had about 20bottles of alcohol (so the teenagers said), and well, that's why he was being such a idiot. He was just a tad taller then me, I'd say 5ft11" and of toned muscular build. I'd say he weighed about 11-12stones. I'm 5ft9 I'm slim, weigh about 9stones and pretty slim, but well toned.
He was all up in my face and tbh, I didn't want trouble, told him I'd come for a jog not a fight, and I backed off. He was like "Yeah thought so, you brown poo, don't come here, etc..."
As I stood still, I noticed the asian couple comming, he went right upto the asian lad (who didn't look like he was solid, more of the normal quiet type with glasses on), who'd I say was in his late 20's and said "What" the asian lad responded with a "What" and the poor bloke got headbutted twice.
Cue...Me running up and trying to stop this. Now I was fully aware that this guy could maybe have a knife or something else on him, and I well kept my distance. The asian lads wife was in tears and she and her partner made a run for it, out of the entrance.
Now the White lad, went in chase, but as he got near to me, I put my hands on his bare chest and I said look leave it. He then respondes with an aggressive, "What you touchin me for?", "You want some an all'"
Cue him then trying to attempt to give me a headbutt, only with me moving back and right hooking him on his left jawbone. Not hard enough to floor him, but hard enough to wake up and say, you just shouldn't have done that.
He then proceeded to yet again call me a brown poo, and asked if I thought I was some sort of Boxer. Which to I told him I am. I then casually told him he was a funny guy, and I walked away out of the entrance. I was pretty cool, but rather peed off that he ruined my routine.
As I walked out, I seen the asian lad and his missus in their car, so I stopped them. He was bleeding from his eyebrow pretty heavily, asked if he needed anything. Or I should call the ambulance or police. He said no, and his wife took him to the hospital which was a minutes drive away. So I went back for this guy, my blood boiling, only to see him and his missus had walked off into the distance.
I asked the kids who told me I shouldn't have been there since It's mostly "White" populated. But they said, he was obviously drunk and was a "nutter". I laughed in their faces, and said, I couldn't give a monkeys.
I did another 2 laps and came home. Told my parents what had happend, and they were pretty worried, as I'm a only child and the only son they've got.
I'm a Pakistani, and hate racist remarks. I see no need and belive, everyone is equal. I'm from Bradford if that helps. What are your opinions on this.

EDIT: Also couldn't hit him hard enough, had phone in pocket, headphones around my neck, and a waterbottle in my hand. So, was abit occupied.

Good on you for standing up for yourself and other people that were being picked on by the scum, can't stand people that act like that for no reason.
