Why the hell do they keep going on about Twitter?

Have they paid the BBC to just contanstly say Twitter every 10 seconds?!?

Radio 5 keep going on about it as well (in the evenings). I thought they weren't allowed to keep pimping a company or business.

Yup, I've noticed this too. They also always manage to subtley weave in that other guys name on the show (first name begins with M and second with F - I'm not mentioning him here to give him more hits), not sure what he does exactly but it's blatantly obvious when they're trying to raise awareness of a person/product.

Yeah they're plugging it on Magic FM and Heart as well. I reckon it's just the DJ's with nothing better to do though, and they want to feel like they've got "friends"

Reminds me of that TV series The Inbetweeners: "Football Friend" only "Internet Friend"

Can't say I've spent longer than 5 minutes looking at Twitter since its inception. The only thing it was good for was publicising photos of the Hudson plane crash, and even then that relied on Flickr.

Last time I used Twitter was like a year ago, it was good for about 1 min then it became crap, I see no point in it.

They were the same with Facebook, constantly baning on about it. Does anyone else rate Chris Moyles? He is really grating on me at the moment, like this morning when he was taking the **** out the geordie bloke after he hung up, now some may say it's light hearted but I thought it over-stepped the mark.
