Raid 0 file allocation.

Probably a silly question.
Should I still use file address's on a raid drive?
eg: If I were to install a game onto a single drive it would be something like Program files/games/bullfrog/dungeon keeper.(1st game that came to mind)
If I were to install the same game onto a raid drive should I still use the same file address?

Yes.

The RAID bit happens at a much lower level and is not something you should concern yourself with. Treat the drive(s) as you would any other drive.
