raid 0 not working correctly

...and also why you needed storage drivers during Windows install. However, you have got it working now so I'd leave it as is for now and next time you need to re-install Windows I'd consider moving the drives over to the Intel controller. Easier install and likely to see a small performance gain.

so wich slots should they be placed in, 2 raptors and a single 750 hdd ??

Use 3 out of the 4 blue ones at the edge and use a vertical pair for the Raptors, doesn't actually matter but it makes things a bit easier to read if the RAID0 pair are in adjacent ports.

However, as Ziggy has said it's easier to move the drives at the same time as doing a reinstall of Windows.

Better on the blue ones but it will break your raid and you will have to make a new one in bios using the Intel raid controller and reinstall windows again I;m afraid.
