Raid 0 to non raid on a boot drive

So my 120gb Agility 3 SSD's in raid 0 which I use as a boot drive are finally going to be retired and replaced by a single 1TB ssd. The question is can I move the current Raid 0 to this single drive and continue on with my current installation or will I have to start a fresh ?

This is for the rig that's in my signature.

Macrium Reflect should sort you out.

Personally, I'd just do a fresh install, so everything's nice and new.

If you don't want to get your head around a new piece of software, do a system image backup in windows, boot from a windows disk, and restore it to the new drive.
