Raid 1 - Shuttle SB75G2 - Help!

Hey there,

I've had a good look on the internet to try and find out how to set up a raid 1 system on my shuttle.

I have 160 GB and 250 GB Hitachi hard drives installed now, the 160 being the main hard drive. There both detective. Now I just want to mirror the information onto the 250 GB.

Where do I start? I can’t find a decent guide, and I can’t find the manual.

Is it done through the shuttle bios or a separate installation?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Edit: The shuttle itself supports raid 1

Edit2: Also im sending the 250 GB back to OCuK as I ordered a 160 GB and would like to run the same size drives. There both the same models.

If you plug the Hard drives in, normally upon boot you will get a BIOS screen, there it will tell you to press a couple of keys to set up the RAID. Follow the instructions and away you go.

You might need to enable RAID in the bios, so check there first
