Raid different ssds?

Hi,
Can you Raid 2 different ssd's? I have a 120gb vertex2 and would add a 120gb vertex3 (cant buy vertex2 anymore)

It shouldn't make a different only if they were different quantitys

so the speed difference between them wouldnt cause data errors?

It should tbh, the raid controller should handle that.
