RAID Performance Testing

Can someone please recomend some 'FREE' software which can test my RAID Setup?

Whilst I am asking this here, is there any software you can recomend which will test the performance of all my hardware (RAM, HDD, CPU not bothered about GPU as I have done this seperatly when overclocking)?

ATTO246......... to test your HDD
Super pi...................for RAM
and Prime95..............for CPU but keep an eye on your temps with Prime95
(all Free)
use CoreTemp to monitor your temps when running prime95
