Can i raid0 velociraptor 300gb with raptor x 150 gb ?

yes, but you'll lose 150GB of space.

With Intel Matrix RAID you should be able to do that, the RAID0 portion will be 150Gb of each disk then you should be able to allocate the extra 150Gb on the VR as a separate volume.
