Raid worth it?

hi guys got a 320gb seagate 7200.10 and i was thinking of getting 2x 250gbs ST3250410AS and raiding them up like RC21 but will it be much faster in day to day use like gaming etc, bearing in mind the spec of my rig i do game a lot

It's a bit faster with loading, I'm always the first on a new map in bf2, while I prolly have a lot more to load than others ( everything maxed incl textures, 1600x1200), imo It's worth it, no reason not to, and no I don't believe in good quality hdd's dieing all the sudden without warning .
What I'm saying: if you get 2 anyhow there's no reason to not raid em up .
