It is a good hard drive with good reliability specs. With RAID0, it depends on what you want to use it for obviously, but you usually want to go for a low seek time.
For that size, the only one that I can think of that would be significantly better is a velociraptor but would be far pricier. I would tend to go for the Seagate (everyone has their prefered brand it seems), shorter warranty but slightly better seektime (a difference you would find negligible TBH) and slightly cheaper.

The WD RE3 is a particularly good choice for a RAID array, you're less likely to have drives drop out of the array using it.
