Guys I'm stuck in the single player campaign doing the level with the combat helicopter. I get it to fire missles and call for back up but I'm yet to get it shot downHow do I get it shot down as I keep dying while I'm waiting for the missile to come and shoot it (the one that bravo team saw)
Just make sure you move to the right when he fires the rockets otherwise you will die. To be honest this level needs to be done on co-op. Me and Hilly went through it ok however we did both need to use 2 frags and 2 incendarys when they all rush you across the tennis court
Check the helicopter part the PS3 also has no shadows for some reason.
Your absolutely right mate, didn't notice on first watch.

Yes. but even though it did have issues, hell even the PS3 one did hence the reason I rushed out to Tesco that night to get it for 360; you could still play more often than R6V2 currently allows.

Depends if you liked the original R6 on PC, as this (Vegas 2), and several of the past incarnations, are more action orientated?
I wouldn't write it off, it has the same enjoyment factor of Vegas, albeit when it works that is

don't know if its already been mentioned but i just got two extra maps "Streets map" & "Comcast Event"
To get one of them you need to go to www.rainbowsixgame.com and register your gamertag. Once you've done that go back to the game and to the Extras bit on the menu and then Exclusive Content. It will then connect to the Ubisoft server and link your account to your registration on the website and you will then be able to download the Streets map.
To get the next one go to the Extras screen again and then click on Comcast Gift and then enter in COMCAST FASTER. You will then downlaod the Comcast games event map.

It's only an achievement, i'm sure you could live without for a little while
As for being buggy i've only noticed a couple of bugs such as A.I getting stuck behind a van when i was doing co-op with Wyrdo, and i also noticed there is some walls you can't lean against yet they're flat and have plenty of space to hide behind

Also had the same problems as you with regards to co-op. A mate and I also noticed that our team was half submerged into the concrete floor at one point following us round.

Getting rid of this tomorrow, I tried to get into the MP side I really did but it's just not happening.
I got my Xbox for £220 with the game, so if I trade it in I'll get about a tenner more and buy Call of Duty on the 360 instead.
(Got my 360 from the shop instead so I can get instant replacement, and guaranteed Falcon.)
It just feels like a shoddy game lacking polish.

Turning the map on, on MP makes it a lot easier
Yeah saw that option it's a bit weird, Ubisoft make some very odd choices on the game.
Like having to make an account with Ubi to download a map that should have been on the disc, but instead you have to download it seperately...just stupid to be honest.
I think some people have short memory's , and i speak for the PS3 version of COD4 when i say it isnt flawless i still get the server error thing from time to time , hopefully they will sort the online problems with this game or i will just end up playing story co-op which has been working fine for me .
Yeah the story doesn't really pick up directly from the last so you should be ok.
Unless there is a massive twist about half way through. Even then, the story would get a bit funny and it would be like playing an episode of Lost or playing Gears lol

I hammered CoD4 online for a couple of months after it was released and I honestly never had any problems other than the first weekend which we all know was bad, guess I have been lucky.
