My FSB of my 6600 is 340, and my RAM divider is set at 2, giving the RAM speed 680MHZ. but it's rated for 800MHZ. If I set the divider to 2.5, that gives 850mhz, however the System fails to start wtih this setting.
How can I increase my RAM speed, or do I just have to leave it at 680mhz? I do not wish to overclock the chip any more.
Oh finally, if I set the RAM speed to auto, it sets it as 800. Can I leave it on auto with an o/clocked CPU?

thanks mate!
I tried a re-boot because usually if it doesn't like the setup, rather than re-boot, it will turn itself off, then try to power up 3 or 4 times before putting the FSB/RAM speed back to default.
