Well if it's any consolation I only recently worked out that large fries were larger (size) than regular fries.
I just assumed you got more fries, I didn't realise they were actually larger in terms of length. They should be called "long fries", not large fries.
Or is it just a coincidence that my large fries were long fries?
I have no idea. It's all very confusing.![]()
Pretty sure they all come from that giant fry-cooking machine and are just portioned into different sized packets. Maybe the larger packet affords greater stability to the longer fries, which would just fall out of the smaller box?
