Random CMD window pop up for a split second

I get this too, it is well annoying! Will try the fix...

just update everything, its been fixed for a couple of days now. No idea which update or where but its stopped.

I'm getting this recently with Windows 8.1. Any known fixes, I've already tried disabling the office tasks but I don't see them.
