Do the WHEA errors result in a blue screen, or they don't?

WHEA errors can be due to:
- microcode/windows updates (BIOS update can fix them sometimes)
- insufficient voltage, as suggested above (but you said you're running at stock, is your memory stock?)
- faulty CPU (unlikely)
- faulty memory

I notice that yours is a bus/interconnect error. That is not familiar to me. Is your FCLK and SoC voltage stock?
 
You say that but the fault posted showed it as "Fatal" so would that not have led to a blue screen? Mine are usually APIC related and I adjust voltages up slightly on the highlighted core (I undervolt)
Maybe I'm not looking in the right place. Where is the "Fatal" reference?
I got WHEA errors when I undervolted my CPU too aggressively, but no blue screen.
When I undervolted my GPU I got blue screens relating to the graphics driver.

41 is not the cause, it is merely the OS telling you what you already know - that the system rebooted unexpectedly. You need to trace back in time from that error and the logs for start-up until you find where it stopped. The last, or last few entries before the reboot was initiated may give a clue.

However if you are genuinely running a stock configuration with default BIOS settings and you are still getting all those WHEA entries then you have a faulty CPU. The H in WHEA is for hardware.
 
According to your sig, you're running your RAM at 4 GHz. Stop the XMP and run it at stock. XMP is an overclock. The sweet spot for Ryzen 5000 is 3600 MHz anyway.

If running your RAM at stock (XMP disabled) solves the problem try running it at 3200 MHz and then 3600 MHz.
