I saw a 5GT in an almost matt dark grey at the supermarket tonight - possibly the best colour I've seen for a 5GT. Seemed to take away some of the bulk around the C pillars / boot.

Not everyone wants 'soul' (what even is that?) in a diesel saloon car.

Something that isn't dull and has hints of eccentricism..

Well it would seem that just talking about it has jinxed it, had a call from the dealer and they can't sell the car as it needs £4500 worth of work so will be off to the auctions. Look's like outside of servicing it's been maintained on the cheap so lots of non standard parts and all four wheels need replacing
The hunt has made me realise just how good my GS450h is for what I need from a car and frankly after 3 weeks of dealing with the motor trade which for the most part has been a distinctly frustrating and in some cases unpleasant experience I'm going to wait for 6 months and then take another look.
