sorry if this isnt allowed and please close the thread if it is.

im just seeking some advice..basically ive been approached by a guy who said he was going to rape my wife and really went into detail.
he was sat in a car the whole time with his window down driving along side me..i was on foot.

he had is arm in his jacket everytime he levelled with me as though he had a weapon .

i told him i was going to report it and he said he would kill me....i got into my car and headed for work....he followed me all the way then parked outside my work place for 30 mins.



i know who the guy is i lived next door to him for a year but we never really saw each other or spoke when there.

its been confirmed by a police officer that he has served time for rape in the past....now the police said they would go talk to him but is there anything else i can do ?

surely a naughty boy dont do it again is a slap on the wrist to the stress my wife is going through.

anybody else i can contact ?
 
Err don't let the police fob you off - if it happened as you say then I say he's guilty of assault/threatening behaviour or something.

and/or if that fails, go see a lawyer and get a restraining order against him. ASBO maybe?
 
cant afford a bodyguard....im going to use my savings to get cctv installed outside my house...front and back
 
what a nut case, you've informed the police, which is probably the best thing they can do.

Just phone them again, tell them how distressed your wife is, ask if they could swing by every now and then to check everything is ok if she is at home a lot.

Make sure she is on guard... I assume she knows what the guy looks like too?
 
Speak to your lawyer and get a restraining order against him if you can. At least that way you can call the cops if he is close to you or your wife.
 
yeah she knows what he looks like...i was just hoping we could contact someone else who keeps an eye on sex offenders
 
Did you get his number plate? Give his name (if you know it) to the Police and let them know you feel you or your wife's life is in danger. Regrettably there is not a lot they can do until they commit a crime.
 
I really don't know of any othe people you could phone about this? 999... what's the "lower" emergancy number.. 101? Could inform both of them just to make sure as many people are aware as possible.
 
alpha mode = beat him silly with a bat (proper), smash the crap out his car. Stick a large cucumber in his anus and say to him never go near your wife again or you WILL kill him. get your wife to say you were at home watching a certain tv show at a certain time with her. make sure your wife has a weapon on her at all time (Kosh preferably)

alternatively call the police but they wont do a thing
