there is no logic. my logic is to go prison if anyone dares to harm my family. i dont care about criminal record,income and anything. i care about my family's safety

safety comes first.

the police system in this country is it tatters. there was a thread a while back discussing the prison system and police.

if there is any police officers on this threads. give us the correct suggestion. and also tell us deep down what you would do. taken into account you have more power to source of information within your workforce
 
her fathers house is about 1 minute away...so wouldnt be much use.

well what ever the police said to him...it wasnt very strong as the wife seen him parked up a street around the corner from ours about 10pm last nite(she doesn't travel alone now)...our street has only 1 exit so it was an ideal spot to see who goes in/out but at the same time i know he has friends there so he could have just been visiting them.

Christ, you don't get it do you? Going to prison would not make them safe. Going to prison would screw you over, and make your family even more vulnerable.

As a side note, learn to write. I had to read that last paragraph through 3 times before finaly giving up. Although Im sure it was no less moronic than the rest of your posts, so Im probably not missing too much.

dont make accusations and paint everyone will the same brush. ppl have different opinions and attitudes towards life. some ppl will take different actions. your not one to judge

Trust me, you have painted yourself with that brush perfectly well without me lifting a finger.

You're an immatue, naive little child. It is plain for all to see. Run along and act gangster with your friends in the playground listening to some grime, and leave those with some vague experience and intelligence to talk. When you've grown up a bit and have some actual life experiences, you might have something to add.. But I doubt it.

While not perfect, it is far from being in tatters.

I attend the job and get an initial account.

I arrest the suspect for Section 4a POA and Threats to Kill.

I get statements from all witnesses, CCTV etc.

I also advise the victim to get advice from a solicitor, re civil injunction with a power of arrest attached.

I interview the suspect.

I then liaise with the CPS and also liaise with probation etc to gain further information on him. Assuming he has previous for rape, a copy of his criminal record will be presented to the CPS.

Hopefully there is enough to charge and I apply for a remand in custody. If that should be rejected, I would demand the strictest bail conditions ... ie living out of the area.

I would also arrange for a panic alarm at the victims house.

I also say to the OP that if he has received a poor service from the police, there is a complaints procedure in place.

when that illegal immigrant raped a women in order to go to prison to learn english.

some criminals dont care for the legal system. it doesnt stop them from carrying out the crime. even after they get a sentence. and are released, they still might have that grudge to re-offend.

obviously the correct logic is to see the police. but sometimes you dont feel the police are on your side. in other countries the police would beat the **** out of him

i think a lot of peoples initial reaction would have just ben to lamp the guy!! but obviously that moment has passed, as much as i would like to hear that the op has gone and hurt this guy badly, all that's going to do now is get him into deep ****.
when i was a nipper about 14 (and a bit of a **** tbh) we called a blokes dog "gay" he came back with a hand axe and hit my mate in the stomach hard with the flat end, my friends Dad went round his house with a cosh and beat him senseless guess who was the one to end up in court!!
sandman dont think your the only one who grew up somewhere "Tuff" although i agree with some of what you say giving someone advice and then saying that he dosnt have balls because he hasn't got him self locked up yet just make you look a fool :(
