Raptor problem

Hi guy's just got me mitt's on another raptor WDC WD1600ADFS-75SLR2
When i installed windows said needed formatting.But only came up with 16GB?
But list's it in smart scan as that drive but shows 16.01GB.
Tried formatting again but still same. speedfan shows as 160GB in listing.
Funny thing is that smart scan when i did sector scan shows up more blocks than my 150GB raptor?
tried putting details in WD site but don't come back with drive? but does on google and as 160GB?
PS i'm now bald!lol

Hi cheers ziggy yes 2nd hand i swapped for a seagate 320gd 7200.10.Which was giving me 58% raw error in smart?.
Opened in properties and just gives me a pink disc with a thin blue line.
Think need to see if anyones got that software.it seems a lot quieter than 150gb one
That makes so much racket thought it was trying to get out?lol

Hi ziggy i'm on vista.don't know what it's origins are? just came out of pc shop near me.and i just saw it as he was going to give to someone for there pc so told him that it wouldn't be much good as a general drive and swapped for my seagate.
Going to have a look at those things you sent thanks for that.
Do you think other one's on way out? has it is so noisey like someone with a bad snore.
Has pc keeps freezing when doing things.

Cheers buddy just wish it was working fully has thinking of using as C drive instead of other one as getting lot's of prob's with freezing and things all the time.and it's giving me the pip. have post on psu but checked volts with meter.seem ok? so jusy going through it all and you thought a woman was hard work?lol

Hi sorted out raptor did have a partion onit. mate told me how to go about dealing with it so now formatted and should be ready to go?
Thinking of as i said swapping over to see if any better.
