raw egg whites?

Nuking the eggs in the microwave for 15 seconds should remove any bacteria present and still leave them in pretty much a raw state.
 
From my research cooking actually increases the bioavailability of the egg protein. There is also issues with raw eggs regarding biotin. Just buy some whey powder if you want to drink it. Tastes better too.

Denaturing doesn't destroy protein, it only changes the tertiary and quaternary structure of the protein - the amino acids are still there. :)

why chuck the yolk though? It has lots of vitamins and other goodies, the fat or calories from it are hardly going to make that much of a difference. An egg is one of the only things your body can use all of.

It's the old cholesterol argument mate. And it's one that I disagree with. Yolks are fine in my opinion. Though if you are like me and are eating 10+ eggs a day then dropping a few yolks is probably wise since when you are eating that many the amount of fat adds up quickly.
