Raw HDD

How do I format such a thing. Can i go through comp management and do it there or... it did have a cloned drive on it, but when i formatted it it failed and is now seen as raw

I know what your talking aobut but need more info.

Ie is this the primary drive or a 2nd drive and your already in Windows with primary drive.

Its a second drive, that im planning on putting windows on. i have it connected to my other pc as a second drive, and trying to format thru windows
