Your girlfriend has worms, stay away from her behind!!!!!!

We evolved with fire. Also most of the time there's no problem eating raw meat as long as it's fresh and worms generally don't kill you.Wait, we are omnivores yet shouldn't eat raw meat?
But whats the point of evolving so you need fire to eat a dead chicken? We evolved with fire. Also most of the time there's no problem eating raw meat as long as it's fresh and worms generally don't kill you.

That's just crazy.
As for pork. The meat is ok to eat raw but the bones are actualy poisonious to humans but not servere, you would probably just fall ill for a few days nothing more.
Beef yes
Pork and chicken - NEVER.
Wrong wrong wrong.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cysticercosis (As much as I loath people who quote wikipedia for arguments, I feel this is sufficient rather than trawling through web of knowledge!)
Although the high standards of checking meat for quality mean that getting such a disease is quite unlikely. I really wouldn't recommend eating 'raw' meat of any sort.

Well im still here without any problems.. Maybe my defence is better than most people.. Maybe it because I ate worms as a kid and licked stones etc.. helps your immune system..
Same here!Tried raw sausage meat a few times, whilst not my fav choice of dish it wasn't too bad. I was a butcher for a number of years, one of the old guys i worked with used to eat raw sausage & bacon quite often, the only time he ever had a day off work was when he stabbed himself with a knife and not with any eating disorders.
Without trying to sound patronising.... no. Just, noWell im still here without any problems.. Maybe my defence is better than most people.. Maybe it because I ate worms as a kid and licked stones etc.. helps your immune system..

It would be very unlikely to catch such a disease in the UK due to good checking of meat quality.
... no, whilst you may not get ill from eating raw meat, you are greatly, if not infinately increasing your risk from poisoning, parasitic infection and other disease. So in a way I was right regarding what I said. Its ok to eat raw meat.
