Re-heating "curry".

I eat whatever curry leftovers are left without even reheating them, wake up, hungover - chow...good stuff.

Iron stomach?

Come one, I've eaten all sorts that people steer away from because "what if"
Just nuke it til it's hot and you'll be fine lol

I regularly heat up rice, just add a bit of water to it and cover with cling film to
sorta steam it and prevent it drying out.

Unfortunately heat does not kill the toxins that Bascillus Cerus produces. Most of the time reheating rice that has been chilled correctly is fine but I never do.

Happened once, arse melted, never again.

Not had a problem reheating rice or chicken over the past 20 odd years. I dont even chill it either, as there is never room to put a plate in the fridge, so its just covered with clingfilm or put into a tub.

As a staunch reheater of leftovers and eater of anything I'd been led to believe that the real issue with rice is when you've reheated it once, as the bacteria that grow after that will be more likely to survive a second nuking or something.

But just eat it all on the second go is the way forward :D
