Re improving wow performance

Hi there i wish to improve my fps in WoW, below is a list of the components of my pc and if someone is kind enough to tell me if there is a graph card that will up my fps and let me play on near enough max settings. Today i tried Radeon hd 5770 and got no improvement.

CPU- AMD Athlon II x2 245

Motherboard- foxconn M61PMV


Memory- 4GB DDR2

Graph card - NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT 1 GB on board memory


Currently in dala on busy evening i pull 20fps with mid settings i want to max out settings and pull at least 40

ok so to clarify 1 overclock my cpu
2 if not upgrade my processor
3 if not check my psu
thanks for the info havent a clue about overclocking tho ill have to look into it
 
ok so after graph checking i am running at 50% usage in dala wheras IF is 30-40 % there dont seem to be any major spikes will update on the psu this afternoon after i have had a chance to open the tower again thanks for the help.
 
No offence guys i am really grateful for the advice but i dont know a damn thing about overclocking my cpu and have heard it could break the thing so i am concerned about doing it same with checking mem speeds
