so now they cancelled you charge? Might wanna watch it that they do cancel the right thing, my infinity got canceled once for no reason and the second time because i canceled bt vision....

BT are really bad at screwing up bills, as are all the others. Just call them and yell at them. I take it anyone who upgraded on-line didn't get screwed over though?

I did mine online, received the bill today and all is good. Maybe they have caught onto it by now though, either way cheers again mrbell for the heads up.

Probably one of the reasons I Will always avoid BT as an ISP, not only do they fiddle with inclusives mid contract, heard so many people getting over billed by them

You have to request the Sainsbury's gift card via a web page... it doesn't just arrive by its own accord.

I don't like the way they do calculations via mid contracts and stuff. They should only allow changes at the next monthly billing cycle to avoid all the money problems but I bet they do this on purpous to make more money.

Well my BT bill is fine after upgrading, still waiting for my Sainsbury's voucher though.

Also, nearly every ISP has some sort of problem, be it billing etc etc. I know I had previous problems with Virgin and as for their billing system....hmmmm
