It's interesting because I think the penalty is slowing me down more than anything. In an fps shooting once accidentally doesn't necessarily mean you will die.
The thing that made me look at this originally was mouse lag, I was wondering if having a 1ms mouse really makes a difference...

0.3 - my reactions are always pretty slow on stuff like this - always 0.3-0.4 - yet I will usually out react people who score really low on these kind of tests in game modes like instagib or hardcore mode in COD, etc. I guess we react to different stimuli at different paces.

This. The amount of times I get called a 'hacker' or 'aimbotter' is pretty hilarious. People don't like getting turned on.
