Reading engine management light codes

There ok for reading codes and maybe deleting. Proper scanners do much more like read live data which is helpful

If you are willing to push the boat out a bit, I can commend to you this..

It is easily the most capable scanner I have yet bought and only cost a fraction of what my previous professional scanners cost.

It even comes with free software updates for life now.

Ive got a £20 obd2 dongle and purchased Torque pro. Had an 02 sensor issues (thats what the reader stated) slow bank 1. Replaced and same fault. Replaced again out of curiosity and same fault.

Point is it produced a generic code and matched it to a BMW my car is an Alfa and the issue was related to Torque Monitoring after been remapped.

My issue was fixed using a correct scan tool/cable for the car.

Torque pro is useful to check codes/clear but in my case it was useless.
