Funny thing is when I run it at say 100hz it will do 100fps and no more
if I run it at 60hz then I will get 60hz.

No matter what screen rez,maybe the physx is helping?

EDIT=my bad 60-120 hz I see in the options.

This program is very old & physx plays no part in it.
