I know Western RPG fans that cannot speak more highly of this game. It's from the same company that made Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines but has style and gameplay more in line with the original two Fallout games. The setting is pretty unique and interesting (Wikipedia calls it "steampunk-high fantasy") and it's heavily story based too. Only problem is that I hear it's a pretty hard game to track down
