I’m looking at getting these rechargeable batteries and charger for the Quest 3 controllers. Will they be compatible?

They work fine, I have about a dozen of them in various controllers including the Quest 3

Have you looked a the usb one's? They are the full fat 1.5 Volts, most seem to be usb c but have seen some still on micro.

i have these basically they work well for me.
2 for vr
2 for mice (work/hope)

last for ever with my usage.

the reverb G2 needed proper 1.5v batteries in the controllers - and rechargeable ones for it were expensive ... but the quest will take any old batteries so no drama with what ever you choose.
fortunately now I no longer have my. G2 my stupid expensive AA rechargable batteries that I no longer need work on my blink security system so the money wasn't wasted

They look good, i have rechareables but ii only seem to get about 5 to 7 days use out of a charge, goona have a look at those u linked now, am i going to be shocked at the price (hope not!)...

If you mean the Energizer ones linked to above they are £31.44 including cheapest shipping. At Amazon they are £36.39.
