I think so, although I haven't had to return anything to them. Not sure buying a 3D printer in the US to avoid dealing with the online side of things makes sense though!

Looking at their T&C it looks like you have to ship it back to elegoo, rather than they are a shop and they sort it out.

It is weird how the UK has so few shops for these major hobbies - eg 3d printing, laser cutting, electronics etc.
To answer the question, with larger brands (eg Bambu) they have UK shipping, so I'd order from their site, but for smaller ones I'd use the rainforest so you've got easy returns and the like.
I just mentioned in other thread, I just recently did a comparison of Bambu's range in case it helps - I couldn't be more happy with them having had lots of other brands in the past.
