...too many for my liking were reported as damaged/deformed before being packaged - which IMHO is a sure sign of staff simply not caring about their product.

Since happy customers are generally silent on such issues I find it hard to judge. I'm certainly not sending mine back to where it came from unless I discover something seriously wrong with it!Too many problems
