Wanting to spend around the 100 mark preferably less but there's so many cases out there now and I'm just stuck for choice at the moment
Any recommendations?

i am running an antec 100 case.
Nothing spectacular, but fantastic cooling. 2x 1200m fronts, 1x 140mm top, 1x 120mm rear and 1x120mm side.. with all the front bezel being perferated for maximum intake...
mine cost me around £45....

I know its on the cheaper side, but its built well and looks nice....
i defo have no intensions in upgrading yet....

for the price, you cant go wrong...

I would definitely recommnd the Raven MilanoChris recommended. I've had one for a few months and it's easily the best case I've ever used - both for cooling, access, build quality and looks (have had an assortment of cheap cases and a few Antec's).

There's another version with a grey strip rather than gold that appears to be a little cheaper and might sneak under your budget, but OcUK don't stock it at the moment. The code for it is ST-RV03B-WA

Don't forget pictures when you've decided! :)

I would say probably the amount of threads regarding issues around quality control. Several people over the past 6-12 months have reported receiving cases with bits missing, bent, broken, the wrong shape/size to fit, etc. Some of the damaged ones were down to inadequate packaging (which has reportedly been recitifed), but too many for my liking were reported as damaged/deformed before being packaged - which IMHO is a sure sign of staff simply not caring about their product.

Funny you should mention that - the one I just got looks immaculate but for one rivet that didn't go all the way through the top of the HDD cage. :(

Thinking about the Lancool Dragon-Lord PC-K62 Mid Tower Case with Window - Black
but oc dont have them in stock :(

Too many problems
Since happy customers are generally silent on such issues I find it hard to judge. I'm certainly not sending mine back to where it came from unless I discover something seriously wrong with it! :p

If you're happy with yours only having a relatively minor issue then that's fine.

But all of the various quality issues are something for anyone thinking of buying one to consider.

i almost dodged fractal originally wanted a R3 got a Arc mini now.. quality is spot on.. I think it was a batch and its been rectified. I bit the bullet thinking if its messed up ill return it and it was all ok. Worse case you send it back and get something else
