A mini-series rather than a movie but "The 10th Kingdom" was rather good when it was on. Good visuals, lots of humour, fantasy and fairy tales interwoven and a trippy scene of mushrooms singing "Whiter shade of pale" that I still remember years after I watched it.

How to train your dragon 1 & 2,
John Carter - maybe more scifi than fantasy... got a bashing in reviews but I really liked it!
Dark Crystal,
Game of Thrones - seems a bit of an obvious one.

There's a real lack of quality fantasy shows/movies. Most end up with cheesy acting, plots and effects. Shame because when done right you literally get the most popular shows/movies ever made!

Terry Goodkind wrote a nice series of books and they made some of it into a series. The audiobooks were great. I havent watched too much of the series but it should fit the bill

I recon the Mythica series is exactly what you are looking for. 5 cheesy pure DnD fantasy based films partially kick starter based so low budget but they kinda grew on me so I watched them as they were released.

There’s a film from 2005 called Goal where Newcastle qualify for the champions league. Total over the top fantasy.

Krull is a cult classic; it's worth watching for the music alone. I was just a kid when I saw it. Amazing stuff!
