Hi all

My cheapy frying pan has bowed in the middle, and as I have a ceramic hob, this means that only a very small part of the centre of the pan actually makes contact with the heat, and as such, makes it very difficult to cook with. I understand the solution to this is to get a frying pan that has quite a thick base that can't bend or bow as it's heated and cooled. Has anyone got any recommendations for a decent 24/26/28cm frying pan that fits the bill?

Many thanks

M.

Whenever I want to fry some eggs I just whip the fan off of my processor and crack those badboys on.

I'm energy efficient, me.
