Recommend me a NAS Enclosure

No, it can't. So capacity is limited by the smallest drive available.

Still a great little NAS for the money.

Ha, sorry, I meant largest drive available on the market to buy and put in it rather than the largest drive actually in the NAS!

Ha. Yeah, it is limited in that respect.

If you've got a bit more money, then there's definately better choices around. For £140 with a free 500GB hard drive, though, it's a good starting point.

The ReadyNas Duo can run raid-0 or maybe it's JBOD, but certainly you can use the full size of all the available disks if you want.

By default it uses X-Raid which is Raid-1 but I think you can choose a different mode during the initial setup.

Interesting! So it seems that readynas duo can be set to raid0 now. Reason why I disregarded it was because I didn't want a raid x/1 set up which the duo forced you to have, or so I thought.
