Looking for a brand of drive that has the least amount of idle spin noise, as it will be going in a sky+ box. It needs to be PATA, and ideally around 400 - 500gig. I was thinking one of the hitachi models with their acoustic management software, though i'm not blinkered to one brand. Not sure yet whats already in there (Amstrad model, new since Nov 07), but i'm convinced there must be a quieter drive for this purpose, out there somewhere?.
