Speaking of numbers... Today, as I cycled to work, I thought I'd check the odometer. I haven't looked at it for weeks - because usually it just displays the speed and current time. ...to get to it means pressing a few buttons on my cycle computer.

I did, and it just rolled over to from 999 to 1000 miles.

Cool huh.
 
I got one that tops the tongue and saliva thing.... breathing... you breathing? You thinking about it? In..... Out.... you breathing to fast perhaps? Maybe too slow?.....

As soon as you start thinking about things like this, you start to see them more often. Everytime you notice something, you think "wow, that's crazy weird". Unfortunatly whenever you don't see the thing you're looking for, you don't think "hmm, no miracle today", you just don't think about it.
This means you end up with a distorted perception of how often it's actually occuring.

As for £x.99, lol.

That's the solution I'd say - couple that in with Jung's ideas of archetypes and the collective unconcious...

It seems almost like the world is trying to keep numbers alive sometimes - all the numerology in the bible and recurring numbers.

Another idea that I had was that numbers were originally used as a spiritual guide to get the attention of everyone and focus it onto one thing... for example, suppose healing was designated a 7 then all the healing and medical temples would be built based upon the number 7 so that they could harness all the helaing vibrations of the community...

The actual aircraft ID number of Flight 11 was "N334AA". Civilian aircraft in the US all start with a "N".
Flight 77 was actually the one that went into the Pentagon not the other tower and had only 64 passengers not 65.

Need I go on?

i suspected some of the info to be wrong. but i did exactly what the writer wanted me to do... i.e. be too lazy to google for the correct answers :D

i did do the webdings thing though, except the flight number was made up :D
