I played a game where Two cowboys dodged up & down & shot each other, There was the odd cactus about, My God I'm old.
 
Sunset riders for the snes was an epic cowboy game! go check it out. multiplayer was awesome.

i too also remember that arcade game where it was like time crisis. it was good fun.

That game is still awesome. For me its aged so well. Even if you didnt play it "back in the day" its still fantastic.
 
Beyond3D have posted captures of the PS3 version in the same area as the 360 capture that is going around on Neogaf.

Seems to confirm the lack of AA and/or lower res on the PS3 version:

I'm just reading through the Neogaf comparison thread, but the 360 version looks very different in the top picture, its brighter and everything is clearer, the PS3 one looks dull and smudged.

Again though, I suppose to compare properly we have to wait for DF or LoT. Good thing I'm going out on Friday to buy it, so can wait until then for the comparisons to become clear :p
 
If the PS3 is using QAA (quinux anti-aliasing), then it could explain the muddy looking picture.

Although you are right, LoT and DF will explain everything sometime this week hopefully.

I don't mind too much as long as the game itself is solid, but it is nice to have a good looking game with great gameplay too :)
 
I'm really tempted to buy this but not sure if I'll enjoy it or not. Maybe I better do some reading up on it and have a look around online to see where the cheapest place to order online is!
 
QUESTION!

lol you guys can answer every question on earth it seems, so can you help us with this one.

All my clan have bought the LE version of the game, me being a lover of deals bought the standard addition from TE for £29... anyway i've read online etc about what people with the LE get, but i'm now hearing that some of the things that the LE people get cannot even be used online, is this true ? only thing i can see that would affect me is my mates riding around on war horses while i'm on the donkey gambling away, but golden guns don't transfer online ?
 
I wouldn't worry too much about it Dmack. I don't think you'll get the "extras" online, you don't normally anyway.

It would tip the balance of the game in other peoples favour and so on.
 
I am sick of coming in to this thread, I want the Game. You lot, Outside Now !!! :D
