Red Dead Redemption Thread

One of the games I'd waited so long for, but getting bored with it pretty quickly :( MP is a spamfest with no real progression, combat system is too simple to keep you coming back, SP is good, but SP doesn't really do it for me these days. SP needs to help your MP progression and this isn't the game.
 
I've just had a really good half hour. Doing absolutely bugger all. Just opened up Mexico. Got on the train at dawn and just stood on top of the train as it worked its way around the map til dusk. The scenery is simply amazing. If you have some time to spare, just do what I did, sit back, watch and appreciate the beauty of the myriad of landscapes...
 
What exactly is the purpose of the different outfits? In what circumstances would you ever need to dress up as a Bollard Twin?
 
Yeah thats what made me wonder if I missed opening times. I know you cant look inside as the curtains are drawn so I think maybe its something that maybe be added at a later date. Maybe its an unlockable once you complete and collect all outfits. I dunno.

Yer I'm not doing too bad mate, I hope you and the family are doing well :cool: I added RsF incase I bumped into any old clan folk, good days they where :) Shame my PC is old and half kaput, I was gutted not being able to connect to swerve's TS.. One day, I'll get it fixed.
 
Just had the awesome entrance to mexico, that was amazing, trotting up the hills to that song, sun setting over the water! Bliss :)

Anyone know the song? - Edit, nvm found it on me LE soundtrack, duh! :)
 
Aye. When I went to Mexico last night I was wondering about the singing and I did slow down on my horse to take in all the surrounding areas whilst listening to it. Very good song too.
