Red Light district lighting

Lol so if you have your lighting bright enough and you stand infront of the window.. you'll do a batman in the clouds?

Just pain the room terracotta?

I think the uplighters would be a better bet in the bedroom as the light is more diffused. How bright are you looking to make the room? I dislike the glare from bare bulbs and would much prefer a long strip lamp with more defused lighting.

I have a 4m x 4m (rough estimate) window I would like to have glowing red. Not blindingly bright but not dark with a hint of red if that makes sense?

OP

If you didn't mention Red light district and the whole scene and just asked for "How do I make my room coloured, i.e. red" then it would have been passable.

A cheap option to play around with maybe strip lighting with red plastic lens? Put these out of sight around the window frame perhaps? Or maybe lightbulbs that have been coated?

This kind of lifestyle can take its toll, that plus the high testosterone levels that can result from it means sometimes one needs a quick minor IRL photoshop tune up just in case.

It doesn't look pink IRL, just not as bright. I think im going to have to purchase more lamps to get my desired effect. Soon I will be asking about how to get that UV light and what's best for them!

Thanks all for the help so far.
