Redundancy, what would it take for you?

I've worked for more than one employer during that time; the reasons for not going on holiday are not really related to my work that much, more family circumstance.
 
I'd need at least six months because I am so lazy/terrible at my job and don't fancy my chances of finding another one if I have less time.
