Reheat gravy twice?

Bump. Here’s me exactly a year later wondering if I can reheat my twice-cooked gravy… again :D

I guess I’m still alive from last time soooooo… :p

Best thing to do is make your initial batch and then split it. That way you're only heating the one batch as and when you need it. Heating multiple times isn't necessarily an issue, but does typically lose the taste/quality etc.

I can never judge how much gravy I’ll need — or more to the point I’d be fuming if I ran out, that’s a ruined roast right there as far as I’m concerned :D Nit worth the risk.

The reason this comes up once a year is because I do the Jamie get-ahead gravy. I’m perfectly fine making gravy from a regular roast chicken, but by the time you’ve pre-made the gravy, then had it with Christmas dinner, then leftover, and there’s still some left. And we’re having a second Christmas with my mum today so :)
