I can never judge how much gravy I’ll need — or more to the point I’d be fuming if I ran out, that’s a ruined roast right there as far as I’m concerned Nit worth the risk.Best thing to do is make your initial batch and then split it. That way you're only heating the one batch as and when you need it. Heating multiple times isn't necessarily an issue, but does typically lose the taste/quality etc.
