I'll recycle 10,000 of mine. They were pre-spammed before I got them and I have kept them in very good conditon. No service history, never been banned.

Just wondering, how much money is made per post as it were?

and how will it actually delete my posts on the forums, or just change my post count? and presumably it won't cost a penny?

I'm happy to give up all my posts, if it doesn't actually delete my posts, but if it does then, I'll donate my first 500 posts, if it means I still have MM access and my avatar.

Yanto.

it will just be the number of posts that is removed. actual post content will stay (until it gets pruned naturally).

you could have 1 post and still access MM if you previously met the post count :]

oh that ok then.
edit: I've just read the first few posts, i understand it now,

if my posts arn't sold, do I get to keep them?, I'm happy to donate all of my posts.

theres going to be a lot of people starting from scratch with these post counts! all in an excellent cause...I'm just sorry I won't actually be able to afford the bidding at the moment :(

provided I get my unsold posts back, don't like the idea of them floating around in cyberpsace, then I'm donating all of my posts (1,300).

Although I won't be bidding.

They don't get 'sold' individually. They get pooled and redistributed in up to three lumps, for top, 2nd and 3rd highest bidder :)

Great idea, AcidHell. Kudos to you for thinking of it and Spie & the Dons for allowing it to go ahead.

I'll gladly donate my entire post count, whatever that will be on the day.

wow, guys thanks for all the pledges, I can't believe the response, I didn't think we would hit even 50k posts let alone over 300k..
