Remote Desktop Software

Errgghh - this feels like how it went down with TV. Extensive use of AnyDesk but only for personal use, repeated messages about a business license to the point of not being able to use it any more. App will then all of a sudden get worse and I will move on to the next app (any one see Linus' latest rant about TV - it's quite funny :D.

Lets see what Splashtop is like. The issue I have is that I need one with a portable install, as I can't install a client at work. AnyDesk was handy in this department.

Just a quick update.

I went with Zoho in the end who offered so many free unattended support setups.

I've since used the free allowance and they have charged me £12 inc VAT for another so many licenses. I feel this is best for me now whilst i'm small but if I want to setup 50-100 desktops so I can remote onto them it's going to be pricey. It looks like Zoho charge £12 for so many unattended PC's then they charge you again to allow an extra 25.

Back to finding a solution. AnyDesk is a no go now, and I can't get TeamViewer working at work (no connection).

Need something with a portable install and doesn't use the same ports as TV.

I have used "GoToAssist" in the past which was good but seemed expensive for me starting out.

EDIT: £39/month or £31.17 if paid annually

Thanks and ooff! I am not against paying for a solution as each new free solution I try eventually gets flagged as commercial use but £tens of pounds a month is definitely too rich for my blood.
