Colour scheme still sucks now it's on the '11 car. Still think saddler is right in the other thread and it looks more reminiscent of the old Wolf Racing colours than JPS Lotus. The red looks stupid. And it's still a Genii-LOLtus-Renault rather than a proper Lotus.

Here's to hoping that Team Lotus stomp all over them on-track

I thought that as well, but wasn't sure if it was just the angle that the camera was looking at it. Guess we'll find out this week if it has any pace to speak of.

Wrong. Renualt and Lada have a business tie-up similar to that which Renault-Nissan enjoy. Renault bought 25% back in 2008, so before Petrov joined them.

EDIT: it looks like the air cooler above the cockpit feeds the air all the way down to the diffuser or it might just be me looking at it wrong.

EDIT2: silly me it's the right sidepod that looks like it feeding into the diffuser because of the angle.

Spot... the exhausts...

Rumours are that they don't come out the rear and go through a diffuser mounted close to the front.

It's an interesting idea, would explain some of the bulbousness around the mid section. Longer exhausts and having them around the various components under there would cause a few problems though.

And finally - a summary of the Team Lotus / Lotus Renault from EilGP

Classic answer from Kubica when asked if he had dreamt of driving for Lotus
"I think Lotus is our sponsor. At least from what I know it is a sponsor. So I could also say it is my dream to drive for Total."

So it's a Renault.
