Renovating a Grade II Listed Building

If your umming an arring on £6k. Don't even think about it.

I'm part way through a £100k refurb just up the road from you by the sea with 1 pier. So I think costs are comparable and my house isn't listed. I've probably spent more than £6k on skips

Bit too close to the motorway for my liking, having previously lived that close to motorway/dual c/way the noise did my head in, it may not bother everyone though.

I guess it comes down to tons of research - realistic timescale, accomodation arrangements and costs whilst renovating, specific requirements of renovations to listed properties etc etc..

You're braver than me if you take it on, but then I don't have the patience for something like that.
