Renting in Berkshire

It's where the cheapest Housing is around this area atm Bang for buck wise!

Fair point but it depends if you want to live in/very enar Bracknell.....it's not the nicest of places as I'm sure you know.

I'd've thought the bold word above would explain it :p

I'm guessing he was asking the OP a bit indirectly what he was doing work wise specifically rather than having not realised the move was for work.

I grew up in Eton Wick / Eton area, very nice quiet place.. very few problems but is quite expensive. Not sure on rental prices for sure though but if you can get somewhere there it'd suit you..

Are you training it in or driving? Also which side of Bracknell do you need to be on? If you're intending to train in, be aware at a lot of these small towns/villages only every other train stops... ie. Blackwater / Wokingham they all stop, Sandhurst / Crowthorne every other one.

Im in Crowthorne.

When I worked in Bracknell (Amen Corner :)) I lived in Warfield which is a nice enough area. Smallish estate of semis and detached houses. Fields and parks etc. around. Worth considering - but not much character.

Avoid letting with Prospect Estate Agents.

Yup, I pretty much cry whenever I walk past an estate agent's window in Lancashire (when visiting the folks) and look at the house prices. It's stupid down here.
